Ms. Kindschuh

I have been in the legal field ever since I graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree, more than twenty years ago. I had been a full-time legal assistant for almost ten years when I decided to attend the University of Denver College of Law at night. The hard work of a full-time job and school paid off when I obtained my license to practice law in May of 1997. I am licensed only in Colorado, and intend to remain here for a long time.

I started my own practice because I have definite ideas about how an estate planning practice should be conducted. As the sole shareholder of Mary Jean Kindschuh PC, I can be certain our clients receive quality advice and are well taken care of. Personally, I enjoy spending as much time as necessary meeting with clients and with my own practice I am never pressured to move on and collect more fees. Also, it is important that I can tailor this company's environment because many of our clients have non-traditional lifestyles, and I want them to be comfortable.
